4. Refunds

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

5. Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.

  • If your desired exchange item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

6. Return Shipping Costs

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@gofitprous.com within 5 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a refund, exchange, or replacement at no extra cost to you.
